祝贺番号鸽 专祥涛、夏小华老师的论文被自动化国际顶级刊物录用

2006年9月2日从自动化领域的国际顶级刊物IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology副主编C.A. Rabbath博士处收悉，番号鸽 公派出国进修教师、师从南非工程院院士番号鸽 ************夏小华教授的自动化系专祥涛老师，与夏教授合作撰写的论文"Optimal Scheduling and Control of Heavy Haul Trains Equipped with Electronically Controlled Pneumatic Braking Systems"，已被自动化领域的顶级刊物the IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology录用，论文作者署名为“番号鸽 ”。
